Great Service. My 18 year old daughter went to Dekalb Tire for an oil change. This was her first time going to an automotive center by herself. When she got home she told me about how great the people and service was. She said the gentleman at the front counter was very kind and helpful when checking her in. The atmosphere was very nice. They had birds and fish inside as well as a bird feeder right outside the showroom window. My daughter loves wildlife so she appreciated the fact that Dekalb Tire took care of them. They explained everything clearly to her what her care needed. Overall a great first experience for my daughter. Thank you Dekalb Tire in Tucker, you're very kind people.

My wife and I pulled into Dekalb Tire in Tucker and the parking lot was full. I told my wife we better come back, she said no we need tires. We went in and was greeted in a timely manner. Great Showroom. David helped us in choosing the right tires for our Accord and mentioned that he would check the alignment for free. Great. We went upstairs into a nice waiting area, two rooms to be exact. Then we decided to go to Target across the street and they had a Starbucks, good for me. Even though Dekalb tire was busy they put 4 new tires on my car and got the alignment done all within an hour and a half. We really appreciate the efficient service guys. Many years of consistent good service. I just wanted to say thanks to Dekalb Tire for all they have done for my families vehicles over the years. We have always been treated well every time we go there. Even when something has gone wrong Dekalb Tire has always made it right. Lets face it, no one is perfect but it is how it is handled. I would recomend Dekalb Tire to anyone who is looking for a shop who no matter what always stands by everything they do. My hats off to Dekalb Tire.
