The Steps of Checking Your Brake Fluid

Checking your brake fluid every six months can save your brakes from serious damage while ensuring your safety on the road. Once you have found the brake fluid reservoir under the hood of your car, clean the top of it, and then remove the cap. Check the color of the fluid; if it looks like iced tea, visit an automotive repair shop to have the mechanic replace the brake fluid.
