You never know when you are going to be in an automotive emergency that leaves you stranded on the side of the road. If it ever happens to you, you will be glad that you prepared an emergency kit with the following items:
For a dead battery you will need to have some jumper cables handy, or a self-enclosed battery jump system. If you have an automotive emergency at night, you’ll be glad you have an LED light source that sticks to the car—it’s better than a flare. If you don’t know how to change a tire, just carry two tire inflation kits in your emergency kit at all times. Throw in a first-aid kit, flashlight (with extra batteries), and a rain poncho, too.
